Introduction
Process modelling is a foundational skill required for the implementation of a complete Business Process Management capability in an organisation. The methodology and notation used when documenting business processes are extremely important when standardising business processes. With a standard process modelling notation and methodology, process objects can be reused, models can be read and understood across business units and process modellers can work across different modelling projects without retraint.
Course Description
Our process modelling course teaches delegates the preferred process modelling methodology based on BPMN (business process modelling notation) as well as the practical use of IBM Rational System Architect which their organisation has selected.
The course runs over three days and includes exercises and a full day assessment on the third day that will consolidate the learning. The material is comprehensive and leaves delegates with a good understanding and the ability to apply process modelling at various levels of abstraction.
