Business Process Modelling using BPMN 2.0
Introduction
Process modelling is a foundational skill required for the implementation of a complete Business Process Management capability. The methodology and notation used when documenting business processes are extremely important for standardisation. With a standard process modelling notation and methodology, process objects can be reused, models can be read and understood across business units and process modellers can work across modelling projects without restraint.
Course Description
This 3-day course teaches delegates how to create business process models using BPMN 2.0 in MS Visio. During the course, foundational process modelling concepts are explained and applied in real world examples and assignments.
Upon completion of this course, delegates will be able to create BPMN process models that capture the various scenarios of business processes in a way that can be understood by the stakeholders.

The course instructors have architecture and modelling experience both from consulting and corporate viewpoints and thus are familiar with many real-world challenges.
