The Open Group South Africa is proud to announce that the number of TOGAF® 9 individual certifications has passed the major milestone of 100 000. These certifications span 149 countries throughout the world.

Steve Nunn, President and CEO of The Open Group said, “reaching the 100,000 mark is a tremendous milestone for The Open Group TOGAF 9 Certification for People programme. It is a testament to the value that our members, staff, trainers, consultants, certification customers, and others have delivered in creating, evolving, and promoting the TOGAF Standard over the past 25 years.”

TOGAF 9 certification is the trusted, vendor-neutral and globally-recognized certification for the TOGAF Standard, the open Enterprise Architecture methodology used by the world’s leading organizations to improve their business efficiency. The certification is widely referenced in recruitment, and regularly features in the top three qualifications in the IT Skills & Certification Pay Index from Foote Partners LLC.

The program continues to grow as a result of individuals’ professional career advancement and the demonstrable benefits enjoyed by organisations using the TOGAF standard.
