Introduction
Process modelling is a foundational skill required for the implementation of a complete Business Process Management capability in an organisation. The Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) is emerging as the standard for business process modelling since it allows exporting and exchanging of models, and enables business process automation.
Course Description
The course runs over five days and includes exercises and a full day assessment on the fourth day that will consolidate the learning. The course is comprehensive and leaves delegates with a good understanding and the ability to apply process modelling at various levels of abstraction.
