Johan Schoeman, Enterprise Architecture (EA) Consultant at Real IRM, will be presenting at the Software AG Process Forum event on 12 August 2010 in Johannesburg. His presentation, “Stakeholder-driven Enterprise Architecture” will focus on the importance of following a stakeholder-driven EA approach.
In his presentation, Johan will demonstrate how the identification of EA stakeholders, their concerns and the viewpoints required by them, should drive the design of one’s EA method. In addition, he will discuss how the traceability between the stakeholders and the method can help in defining the scope of any architecture modelling efforts.
