Enterprise Architecture Consultant and Trainer, Michelle Nieuwoudt, will be presenting at ITWeb’s BPM Summit which is scheduled for 14-15 September 2010 at Vodaworld in Midrand. The conference theme for this year is "Preparing for Success in BPM".
Michelle will be discussing how an enterprise architecture approach makes BPM initiatives sustainable. She will present a case study that compares two organisations from within the same industry that both started their BPM initiatives using modelling repositories and making substantial investments in modelling skills, standards and tools. The outcomes are very different however, and Michelle will show how the different approaches to establishing their modelling offices has made the one BPM initiative sustainable while the other failed.
